Right to Return

You have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To begin the return process, email us at contact@neurorelic.shop with your order number and reason for the return. Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.

Conditions for Return

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and sent back in their original packaging. Items showing signs of wear or use may not be eligible for a refund. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been completed.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following products:

  • Digital or downloadable items

  • Personal or hygienic products that have been unsealed

  • Customized or personalized goods

  • Final sale or clearance items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will either offer a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
